The Clean-Nose Checker
Its use
The Clean-Nose checker can be used to check if one’s nose is clean, whenever needed.
The elegant case carries disposable tissues and a small mirror that can be used with or without the need to blow your nose.

Its story
The design was registered in 2008.
I imagined several small accessories and I chose this one to become the essential object to the growth of humanity. I found a manufacturer ten years later. In the meantime a brand partnership was meant to happen but actually didn’t.
For the checker as well as other creations, I registered the UTILIGUILI® brand. I like useful and funny objects. I now have to undertake a large-scale manufacturing… but I’m not really into (commercial) entrepreneurship.
Technical specification
The nose checkers’ size is 12cm x 6cm x 3cm.
Their size may differ plus or minus a few millimetres, each one is unique !
They were handmade in India. The outer part is made of lambskin with a short-pile velvet lining. The mirror is a real mirror (but it won’t tell you who has the fairest nose of all the land…).
There are 100 of them for sale, and not one more. Suffice it to say that the Clean-Nose Checker is a collector’s item.
It can contain a non-compact pack of disposable tissues.
After I double-checked each item, I divided them into two categories which are set out below.
The “pretty well ones”
They were handmade: each checker is unique! The “pretty well ones” don’t have any visible flaws, however they are not perfect since they are not perfect manufactured items.
The “with a flaw ones”
There are 4 recurring flaws : dried glue visibly oozing out from behind the mirror, the two leather panels peeling off on each side of the tissue area, small stains (tiny dots on the yellow leather) and some items that are a bit thicker.
However, none carries the 4 flaws, most of them only got one.
There are no use issues: the mirror reflects perfectly and the case closes with its magnetic button.
